Vineyard: our own, located in Soave in the historic cru of Castelcerino 350 metres above sea level
Orientation: facing southeast
Soil: features substrate of volcanic origin on tufa concretions
Grape blend: 100% Garganega late harvested. The vinification takes place mainly in stainless steel tank and a minor part in oak barrel.
A Soave in evening dress. The result of a careful grapes selection in the vine and a proper ageing period. A wealth of emotions and pleasantness.
